Ready Meal Information

Are your meals frozen?

No, our meals are fresh and sealed in trays for keeping in the fridge.

How do I reheat my meals?

You can reheat you  meal in the tray. First remove any sauces that come with the meal, then peel back a corner to let steam out,  and microwave it for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Do keep in mind that microwaves have different wattages so it might take a bit longer. You can remove the contents and place them on a plate to heat if you prefer.

How do I store my meals?

We recommend placing your meals straight in the fridge as soon as you receive them.

How long do the meals last?

Every meal will have an expiry date on them but generally they will last for 5 days

Are your meals gluten and dairy free?

Most our meals are Gluten and Dairy free.

How do I find the Gluten Free category?

Go to a meal and under the ADD TO CART button you find different categories, click on the GLUTEN FREE and it will list you all our Gluten Free meals.

Ordering & Delivery Information

What are the ordering cut off days?

The cut off day for the Weekly Plans and Monday, Tuesday orders is Friday at 11am, for delivery on Monday.

For Wednesday and Thursday orders cut off day is Sunday at 11am, delivery on Wednesday.

For Friday orders, the cut off day is Tuesday at 11am, delivery on Friday.

What are the delivery days?

The delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday

What are the ordering cut off times for the Meal Plans?

You can order the Meal Plans for any of the given cut off days.

Can I order Meal Plans for any delivery day?

Yes you can order Meal Plans for any delivery day.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is $5 to Wanaka, Albert Town, Luggate, Queensberry and Lake Hawea

Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to Wanaka, Albert Town, Luggate, Queensberry and Lake Hawea

Is there a minimum order for meals?

Yes, the minimum order is 3 meals.

What happens if I’m not at home when you deliver?

If you know you won’t be at home, please leave us clear instructions for leaving the meals on your premises. Make sure it is a cool place as we won’t be responsible for the meals after delivery. It can be either an outdoor fridge, bar fridge, chilly bin left in the shade or something similar. Please do make arrangements if you can’t be around.

Do you deliver to offices?

Yes, we can deliver to an office. If you order more then one meal, or a weekly meal plan, make sure you have a chiller or fridge handy to store your meals. Also leave us clear instructions where to come.

Is plastic your only option for packaging?

Unfortunately to keep the meals fresh we have to seal them, so our only option at this moment is to use plastic containers. We will keep looking for alternatives for the future.
